Accessible car park, large room and for any issues, staff is always ready either by the screen or onsite. However, a lot of sound coming from outside from cars and fans, also more could've been provided in the fridges as only 2 water bottles is not much. Otherwise great place if want to visit San Jose for a few days and will be using Uber to anywhere you go.

Beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows were very elevated. The room we paid for we didn’t get unfortunately and when we brought it up to the manager onsite he mentioned all the other rooms were booked but accommodated us the next day. There were cobwebs in the room. On our last night, someone walked into our room while we’d were sleeping. It was an unfortunate experience. The plus side was the breakfast and LED lighting I during the second night.

The hotel and staff were overall very nice! The bathroom was awkward in layout and the shower head really ruined the overall stay. The shower head doesn’t maintain a consistent temperature and none of the settings spray normally. It spits everywhere. Definitely not good enough to wash your hair. If that was fixed it would be 5/5

Unique reception desk setup with the kiosk and virtual assistant. Property is well kept, room was clean. Rooms on San Carlos Street are subject to some traffic noise.
