Our stay in this resort was amazing, the room was a studio with doble beds, living room with dining table mini fridge and microwave, big enough! we get a previous ocean view that it was beautiful! Very clean comfy and quiet, the breakfast was great a lot of options and delicious, in the afternoon you get a courtesy drink, this is a plus! The beach and the pools are really nice too, this resort is located inside a condominium with golf campus in one of the best areas in Puerto Rico. The only thing that I want to mention is this is really far away form a lot touristic places so make sure to rent a car and prepare to drive (a lot of traffic) I want to thanks MR. CARLOS RODRIGUEZ to be so professional, friendly and kind he made our stay very pleasant!!! We definitely come back and recommend this place!

I always love the Embassy, my husband and I really enjoyed our time there, however our room moist had a lot of moisture which kept our clothes very damped which was very enoying. Otherwise I had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at that location again next year

I only wished there was more than n the property as it is on the other side of the island but other than that it was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was fresh. The drinks were great and I love the immediate beach access although it is an small beach it is very nice and the view was beautiful.

Muy lindo todo! Lo único que no me gustó fue la playita, había mucha basura y se nota que no la mantienen, se preocupan más de la piscina que de la playa, mucha basura tirada la gente no cuida y los del resort menos. Estaría bueno que alguien del hotel limpiara todos los días la basura de la playa, eso no cuesta nada.

Overall the hotel was a nice getaway witj good Restaurants on site. Make sure you get your parking validated sonyou dont pay 45$ a night. We were also upset because we were supposed to get 50$ credit per day at the resort but we never got the email for it so orbitz nor the hotel would honor it. The actual hotel food wasnt bad and we liked that they gave us 2 free drinks a night. Overall an okay stay.

Hotel is old and not well maintained. Shower drain did not works. SInk drain drained slowly. cockroach in hte room and when I complained about it, they did not seem surprised at all. elevator, one of hte never worked, I was told just walk outside and then go around to the gym ...list keeps going on

The hotel had all the amenities needed to have a great vacation. If I didn’t want to leave the hotel, I could stay and enjoy the day at the pool or the beach behind the hotel. Staff was very friendly and kind. I would go back to this hotel for another vacation.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet, the pool was clean and in good condition. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was good and seem to have plenty of options.

Food was awful. Beach was full of litter. Very busy and noise was a issue. In the middle of nowhere.

Breakfast was the same each day with little variety offered. Daily happy hour consisted of popcorn, which was the light snack. Room was not cleaned for two days. Restaurant options were extremely limited.
