Staff is Great, they will do anything they can to make your stay comfortable. I stay here every time I'm in town. It's close to the beach and are PET FRIENDLY.

The experience was excellent for this economy based hotel. From check in to check out I felt welcomed and appreciated. Pet friendly experience was the reason we originally booked. This is the second time we have used this facility when visiting this area.

The night we checked in the kid at the desk barely spoke English and didn't know how to divide 2 night's stay so my boyfriend and I could split the cost. I had to operate the calculator because the clerk couldn't. Then the next morning, the manager told my boyfriend that he wanted to move us to another room because I had a service dog and he didn't know about it even though I told the first clerk that didn't speak English, the night before. And he was going to charge us for my dog! His tune changed when I walked my dog with his service vest on, into the office and started telling him the law. Then he decided that we could stay in our original room. Oh, and soundproof room means there are ear plugs left by the tv. When we left the manager took the keys and opened the window to air the room out and waved his hand like the room smelled and did that right in front of us!! I will never stay here again.
