This property has so much to offer. It is a new hotel with spacious rooms, laundry facilities, full breakfast, and adjoining brew pub. The roof top pool is a perfect place to watch the sunset

When we arrived we were greeted with a note on the reception desk that said "be back soon". We waited 25 mins for a member of staff to show their face and they didn't even apologize for the wait. I did try to phone the hotel as I was standing in reception but I could actually hear the phone ring out. Where were all the staff ??? Absolutely unacceptable.

I would rate this the best hotel in San Luis Obispo. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was down for maintenance; other than that, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay beyond measure. Kudos to the Management team for stepping to provide a toothbrush and some Nutella treats for my daughter. Top class customer service.
