I stayed here 9 years ago and it was a typical motel, nothing special, but ok. 9 years later it was grim; mould on the net curtains, paper peeling off the wall, a loose electrical socket, and generally run down. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the linen crisp and clean, and the staff were pleasant. This place is at the budget end of the accommodation available locally, and itā€™s obvious why as soon as you walk into your room. If Iā€™m looking for somewhere just to sleep for the night I donā€™t need a list of facilities that I wonā€™t use, and so am happy to choose a budget motel, but I do expect to be clean and presentable. The room I stayed in was not - Avoid.

From the outside this looks great. Grounds and pool area are nice. Rooms are extremely outdated, beds are uncomfortable and showers are so small that you canā€™t even bend over. VERY disappointed.

Love this place itā€™s quiet and convenient. The outside is well kept and maintained. The rooms do show a little age but we were only there to sleep. The rest of the time we were at the coast or the pool. Lots of outdoor furniture for people. Customer service was friendly and made you feel welcome. Little store next door. Restaurant attached and more in walking distance.
