The hotel is clean and the staff is welcoming. The sofa in the room is definitely nice to have, but it also looks a bit dirty.

Great hotel, nice and clean, the wing we stayed in was quite quiet, so on a few occasions i came out to find drug users sitting on the ground near my door. Didnt feel overly safe. The room next to ours clearly had an issue in the past as the door looked to be possibly broken into, maybe by the police. And there were dead bugs all over the window sill. Overall pretty good for the money, with great breakfast and coffee, but feel maybe more security could be added

Carpet should be replaced. There were several stains in carpet. Also a stain on top of comforter. Right after checking in after 5pm housekeeping tried to enter my room and said they thought I was checking out. Check out time is 11 so I didn’t understand that. The front desk staff, however were very friendly and provided fast service

We were only here for one night, but it was a nice hotel with great customer service. The shuttle driver was wonderful, and drove me back to the airport after I had left a piece of my luggage behind. He waited for me while i wandered around looking for the lost and found, and was really pleasant the whole time. A lot of hotels with free breakfast only serve pastries and waffles, but La Quinta had omelets and sausage as well, which was a nice surprise. Overall it was a great ecperience and reasonably priced.

Hotels.com listing said it sleeps 5 and that there was a roll-away option. Neither was true. The hotel said it was hotels.com fault. 2 queen beds, no sofa bed, meant one child had to take turns sleeping in the floor. They did bring a spare comforter as a pad after the first night. No turn down service unless you ask well in advance. Didn’t realize that beforehand. Very thin and small towels had red-brown stains.

Room not ready till 2 hours after check-in
Called for Early check-in and was told they would be able to accommodate for $30. While enroute they called back to say they where completely booked and had no clean rooms but would ask housekeeping to start on ours ASAP and would call if ready. Arrived at 3pm as we never received an early check-in call. Was told by the bald fade young Hispanic man that he remembers talking to me and unfortunately the room was still dirty. He said to come back in 30 mins to 1 hour. I informed him that was 1 hour into my paid reservation. The young man was very matter of fact and said there was nothing he could do. He also stated booking through a third party like hotels.com meant he could not give us any comps of any kind. We had dinner reservations at Craig's and traveled from Texas and with no place to get cleaned up we had to miss our reservation and get charged $75 for short notice. Because of the dress code there was nothing we could do. We needed our room. Now we are driving at 4 pm with still no room. Terrible start to our trip. The rooms are old and everything needs to be updated. Paid almost $700 for four nights. $50 more per night and we could have had the Holiday inn. Which my daughter stayed in. It was completely updated and she was on the 7th floor with a beautiful view. Next time. Never again here
