First room was scary. Black plastic bag over the smoke detector and blood stains on the carpet. Appeared fresh. See photos. Asked for another room. 2nd room was dirty, sheets with stains, smelled dirty. Left and went to a Hilton.

We called because we were unable to make before 6pm. The receptionist said it was ok and that she would leave a note to the next shift. When we arrived there was no room ready for us and no note was left anywhere. We were ask to rent another room. After all, we were given another room with only one bed when we had made reservation for a 2 bed. Altogether our experience was very disappointing and irritating since we had 2 minors complaining about the whole situation.

Breakfast was the best and made the price worth the stay. I took pictures of the room. This is my second stay as it was the best price for the hotels in the area. This room had dirty spoiled carpet stains, a ripped couch, molded bathtub, graffiti desk, stained mattress and sheets I didn't want to sleep on as they were stained too. Not good at all.

Attention all read your reviews carefully…. Do not stay here, the beds are super uncomfortable, I had to change rooms due to that reason , I asked them for something so simple CLEAN TOWELS AND THE TRASH TO BE TAKEN OUT and they said NOPE. We are short staffed we won’t be able to do that. 😳 like that is my problem. I never asked them to clean the room we only need it clean towels to shower. We were there for 3 days. Unless you stay in a room without carpet, the carpet has stains and dirty. Spend a little extra money and stay in a nice hotel this place is not worth your money.
