The hotel was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The gentleman who checked us in when we arrived at the front desk was kind, helpful, and welcoming. I’m giving only three stars because the a/c vent in our room was so noisy, (but not a repetitive kind of sound like a fan but a noisy random unsettling sound) that it kept us up all night. We would have turned it off but it was very warm in our room. Also, wish there was coffee available in the lobby or a better coffee selection in our room. There were no coffee shops close by besides McDonald’s and the overpriced buffet breakfast ($29/person) downstairs in the hotel restaurant. The gym was very nice and clean. Wanted to use the pool but it was closed by the time we checked in and didn’t open until 9 am. Overall a lovely place and served its purpose but wasn’t a restful stay and lack of amenities for us and our two little kids made us leave pretty early.

The property is quaint and cozy with a small boutique hotel feel to it. The front desk person Justin Duval was very kind and accommodating with the things i needed so it turned out to be a pleasant stay.

The room was nice but the pull out sofa was awful. Basically a mat on top of wooden planks. There was dirty underwear in our room and a used bottle of lotion. So gross.

Very clean fancy hotel. But the fact i wasnt notify about a charge until i left home and seen it on my credit card and when i called they said it was because self parking charge. I find it ridiculous. I travel alot and book hotels almost every time and never experience an inconvenience like this. Also super pricey and no complementary breakfast was a total no for me. Every hotel ive stayed at had breakfast and the price would be cheaper too
