Above average. Good size with separate living room and underground parking. Nice pool but vending machines didn’t work. Shadowbrook restaurant (main reason for trip) is very close and easy to get to. Kinda tricky to drive onto grounds (entrance only on 41st Ave).

The bed was hard and only one ice machine worked (on the 1st floor) and was always empty. Even though the hotel says it is smoke free, someone had smoked and the entire hallway smelled like smoke so bad that my shirt smelled like smoke when I came back to my room from the empty ice machine. The breakfast for the most part was good and the staff for the service greeted everyone and worked extremely hard to keep the breakfast area clean at all times. All the housekeeping staff also were very pleasant.
