Originally booked for 2 nights July 26-28, changed to 1 night. Surprised bed was of poor quality, and not comfortable, Not enough soap to wash your hands. Breakfast was Ok. After leaving I had a problem and forgot my phone, i called about phone on Sunday and they had located my phone. Wonderful found Left message for manager Monday AM, no return call, had to call again later in day. Spoke to front desk, confirmed again my phone was there, and asked could they send via courier and I would I offered my credit card. Told they do not do that. I had to contact Fed Ex, arrange for pickup and forward waybill, they would package. As you can imagine a phone is important, and I was not told of this information until 230pm on Monday. Not Impressed. I left this hotel because of the accommodation, and after the complete lack of service, communications from hotel and Manager. Suggest you avoid this hotel. I will not go to Microtel again, anywhere.

We stayed for one night when travelling through Ontario. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The person at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine-a serve-yourself with good variety. Workout room was clean and quiet.

We left an expensive electric toothbrush on the bathroom vanity. Despite contacting the hotel a few hours after departure and again the next day, the item had not been turned in by the cleaning staff. Very disappointing.
