Alll in all, a nice hotel in a decent location. Check in was a breeze. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Only minor complaint was the pillows weren’t very comfortable. That said, good room for a good price.

Very convenient location to stay while having outpatient procedure at University Medical Center. Great staff. Shuttle available to Med. Ctr. across the street. We drove to the center and were able to find parking midafternoon when we returned. We will book here again for further procedures. Portage Bay Cafe next door is wonderful for breakfast.

One of the very best parts was the day-time crew at the front desk. They were kind, helpful and supportive. The room was very comfortable....that is....the second one we were put in. The first one...in another section of the hotel....was not good But the one we were finally put in was lovely.
