This review is a 1 star because both Expedia and Best Western refuse to refund me for a room that I didn't even use. They refuse to refund me for a booking that has the wrong date and that date has already gone by.

Dated hotel that needs some facelift
Old! The one word to describe it would be “old”. The hotel definitely shows its age. Things were not dirty but just wear and tear.
