Shinsekai family-friendly accommodations

Ideal hotel if staying in Osaka. There’s an airport limousine that takes you directly from Itami airport to the hotel. The hotel is close major train stations. The hotel is less than a 10 mins walk to Dontonbori. There’s 7-eleven located in the hotel. This place is the most convenient place for everything we wanted to do and more.

My partner and I are very impressed with our stay here. We were blown away by their grand entrance, the building is much larger than what we expected. Multiple elevator ensure we never had to wait long. They always have multiple staff downstairs to greet and help you with anything you need. Most staff we talked to can speak English fairly well. Room size is small as to be expected. Amenities that we really liked is the under the bed luggage storage, convenient store inside the same building, public bath house, a paid gym service and laundry service.

Exceeded my expectations. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
