The only complaint is having to pay $16 just to park on the property. Keep in mind you don’t have a choice but to pay because there isn’t anything else around with public parking. The rooms are very outdated. It was pretty clean overall. Staff is nice. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though. No breakfast included (they have a restaurant you can eat in) overall just a meh place.

Outrageous Parking fees
Hotel stay was nice but they charged me $16 for parking for just 1 night stay even though there were plenty of parking spots available. That is ridiculously high. Hotels.com did not mention anything about parking fees when I booked. I request that you refund me that amount. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I new about parking fees. There are other hotels that do not charge outrageous parking fees. Almost all guest drive their car to come to stay at the hotel and Grand Vista should not charge parking fees.

Overnight stay for business as it was local to my stops. Clean, comfortable, good shower. Room and bath are fine, if a little worn around the edges. I was surprised that the breakfast voucher would be another 20 bucks, and charging for parking? In Simi Valley? Mostly empty parking lot in a suburban setting. Dinged it one star for charging extra for what should be included when compared to similar venues.

If you're staying in Simi Valley this is the best
Beds are super comfy you have the arena attached which has live music and pretty good food all for a good price. I highly recommend the vista hotel in simi valley

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was charged an additional parking fee of $16 per night. If I had known about the extra $16 per night, I definitely wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. It’s located in a relatively quiet area, so I don’t understand why they’re charging guests an additional parking fee.

Nice enough staff. Seemed understaffed, mainly in restaurants and room service. Old hotel, they keep it clean enough but definitely outdated. No parking close to entrance at night if the nightclub next door is busy. Bed was one of the worst I’ve slept on in a hotel, deep slope toward one side, needs new bed asap.
