The room is too small, air conditioning blows directly to the bed and in my friend's room the room was freezing even she put the temperature at 24. Water heater didn't work properly. We paid as much as the room in ordinary hotel but didn't get the same service as what get usually in hotels. The category of room we stayed was studio, but it's actually a de luxe or basic room in hotels. In general, this property is a disappointment. However, we stayes there in 2 br suite 2 years ago. It was quite nice. To me, the studios category rooms are not recommendable. Better stay in hotels.

Disappointing stay. The "suites" are 30sqm which is the size of a 4 star hotel, but the room rate was at serviced apartment levels.The staff were disinterested and unhelpful. The room was worn and the shoe rack for the next door room unhygienic. I would not recommend staying at this accommodation.

Ridiculous front desk team!!!
Hotel was superb. But front desk staffs were not honest, irresponsible. Supervisors inefficient, can’t really settle problems. Wasted my 2 hours and in the end say they can’t do anything. Their staff was at fault but they cover it up for her just because they don’t want to settle a simple problem. Such a big hotel telling guests there is nothing they can do? LMAO ~
