Not worth the price, IMHO. Swimming pool no jacuzzi. The changing room was closed. There is a grab-and-go food kiosk next to the reception. It is NOT grab-and-go. You need to pay at the reception. If there is a long line up, then it is long wait! You should add a pay machine next to the grab-and-go so that we can pay by credit card or charge through room just by tapping our room card, now that would have been grab-and-go!convenient from Terminal 3 of airport, but I arrived from Terminal 4, needed to first take the bus to Terminal 2, then the train to T3. Facilities are getting old. At least clean and good service.

Excellent property, very convenient location. Just didn’t have the extra bed ready on arrival. It took quite a while to get one and by then we were even more exhausted and unhappy. Apart from this it’s great for transiting through Singapore

I had an excellent 4-day stay at this hotel in Singapore, and I can't recommend it enough! and it truly deserves to be recognized as the best airport hotel in Asia! The location is fantastic, especially with the iconic Jewel just a short walk away – a visit there is an absolute must. The convenience of transport to the city is another highlight; it’s easy to explore Singapore's attractions with minimal hassle. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. My room was comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

A firm favourite for overnight convenience
Always love a night here enroute to UK. A great place to break a journey and really have a delightful experience in beautiful hotel. Disembark your flight and 10 minutes later you’re at the hotel checkin and ready for an excellent experience in a hotel where service and everything about the place is always top.

Mediocre stay
This hotel was overpriced for what it was. The room was dated and much of the furniture looked tired and banged up. The lines just to check in were so long and at times only 1 person was at the front desk. The hotel itself is a bit hard to find in the airport. Overall, this hotel got the job done for a long layover but it was nothing special and not a place I would return to or recommend to others.
