It was a great stay. Only reason for 3 stars is the fact that the Pay later option was not available at check in. We had opted for that but because the credit card was not available we had to pay upfront with the debit card. It is important to make this clear from the outset to avoid disagreements. Other than that great hotel great staff and great location. Everything is at the doorsteps of this hotel.

My Mum and I got exactly what we needed from this stay. A clean and quiet hotel with comfortable beds and a good shower. It is a little further from the airport than most for a short stopover stay, but it was well worth it because we got onto our next flight refreshed and happy.

Nice hotel. Close to shopping and many places to eat. Got rhe 2 story room but not a big fan of the layout. But bed was super comfortable even though it was on the floor. Fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of choices and a beautiful room to eat in. Would recommend.

Top notch location and service.
Excellent service and facilities. The loft looks cool but isn’t as comfortable as their other rooms, so I wouldn’t consider it an upgrade. I’d recommend the other rooms. It’s still good though. Unfortunately, the fridge was weak. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay! Location is amazing.

Good central hotel
Hotel is nicely situated for all the attractions. Staff were fantastic we used this for. Stop over after holiday . Let us into room 5hrs early. On day of departure had night flight so kept bags for us and allowed access to shower and change. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Only down side is the room was small especially with 2 large bags but larger ones are available. Overall good place to stay

Great location. Walking distance to bugis junction, shopping centres and MRT station. Staffs are professional and helpful. Room size is reasonable (in Singapore). However, the room wall is paper thin, you can hear everything from next door or hallway.

There is a lack of sound proofing in the rooms, we can hear all the noise in the neighboring rooms. The bathroom is non existent- they are just cubical with frosted glass so there is no privacy at all. We had the loft and it was so small with our young child and luggage the sofa bed dosent even fit properly. The room design lacks comfort- no where to hang used towels- no where to put luggages. Location is great but the hotel needs to re design the rooms.
