Unexpected fees were issue. Didn't see charges until after we left the resort. No receipt was given to me after asking for card for the room that was already paid for. Room cost $198 and fees afterward were $136. How is that even possible

Booked this room in March. It was not clearly stated the location of this room within the “resort.” I was in a string of rooms that were attached to the common terrace area. These rooms were not with the rest of the hotel but basically put in the middle of the all the hotel’s amenities. The first night was super loud because a live band was literally set up right outside my door and played for 3 hours. They might as well been playing in my room’s living space. For the amount of money I paid, I would not recommend staying here.

Male employee from the Front desk was not so friendly not just to myself and husband but others checking in. Took it as he was having a bad weekend. Otherwise perfect!!

The room was clean and had plenty of room. Liked the bathroom and the way the shower was set up. Plenty of dining/ drinking options. I didn’t like how the balcony really wasn’t usable, and the food at the restaurant was bland and overpriced. Guy at the front desk and the afternoon bartender (inside) had zero personality. Overall not a bad place and I would stay again

Just OK. New furnishings made this place look modern. But it wasnt the cleanest. Floors are filthy, like maybe they vacuum but never mop. Your feet will be instantly dirty as soon as you take your shoes off, so be prepared for that. Rug was also dirty and all stained. Didnt have towels im the room when we arrived and the empty conditioner bottle was never re/filled during our stay. Otherwise staff was friendly and room had a cute balcony with ocean view. Hottest water in any hotel ive stayed. Given its OCMD and all hotels are kinda dingy and overpriced, its OK. I would personally not stay here again but it wasnt the worst.

my room was not ready wanted early check in told it’s not guaranteed so I came at regular check in the room i paid for was not the room i received as my room was still not ready and instead i received a room right by the elevator when i can hear everytime someone got on and off my room had dog hair on the carpet as well .. it was my birthday and didn’t want to to i stall so i just stayed but horrible room I did enjoy the food and restaurant

Beautiful place to stay. Room was spacious and updated. View was nice. Was great to have restaurants onsite. Parking could have been a little better. It was bike week and there were a lot of events going on so parking near the hotel was slim and caused us to not want to go out
