The service was over-the-top. All the extra things like a stocked refrigerator, the morning breakfast box, the pre-check in and post checkout contacts were greatly appreciated and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time in Stratford.

The location is good for the downtown restaurants. However the tiny European sized room is dated, but ok. Beds good. Tiny bathroom, but at least a tub. No front desk staff. You must call or text for any support. No lift to upper floor. Paying for parking makes sense as there is limited parking in town and most the theatres are beyond walking distance.

The Stratford Hotel was very clean and cozy. The rooms are beautiful and have a nice European feel to them. Nespresso coffee makers in the room, a beautiful fireplace, and breakfast boxes each morning with fruit, muffin and croissant. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice historic building and it was close to dining and the theatre but not accessible. Had a hard time getting with to work and the TV had Nespresso machine but that did not work either. Staff was nice. All and all I was disappointed

Great location in close proximity to downtown shopping & dining and the theaters. Room was comfortable and service was good. Only issue was the extra steps to arrange arrival since there isn't a normal hotel check-in process.

Great location for the Avon Theatre. It was clean and the air conditioning worked well. No front desk but as long as the staff had your phone #, they would reply by text. Room with a queen and pull-out was a little tight

The room was not what we expected. We booked with an online service that indicated there were two beds. One of the beds was a pull out sofa. Once the sofa was opened as a bed, there was no floor space left. There was only a small aisle to move around to get to the bathroom. There were dead insects on the window ledge by the air conditioning unit, which they did come and clean up. The manager called us to get our concerns, but he only wanted to defend the situation. He did not want to listen and learn about how to improve for future guests. The one bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress but was ok. There were numerous text and phone calls prior to arrival that were redundant. It was unclear why so many messages were needed before arrival.

We liked the property and the room! Very close to everything. Loved that we could park the car and walk everywhere. Also we’re impressed with the complimentary drinks and food. Enjoyed our breakfast outside!

Have to check in at the different hotel a mile away. At check in, the clerk gave me a piece of paper with the entry codes. He put down the same code for the front door and the room and told me specifically, to use the same code for the 2 doors. Drove to our hotel and could not open the front door. Called the hotel and was told the front door and the room have different codes and she gave me the right code. Their staff needs to be better trained.
