The property is clean. It does look like its been newly refreshed. The room is clean with comfortable beds. However, the AC did not seem to work but we did not bother asking for it because we are only staying one night and the room kept cool. I advise that people confirm their AC working with the reception during checkin. The location is not too crowded. There is a plaza beside it with dining options. The breakfast is basic and not bad.

Nice hotel to stay the night in Sudbury. It's clean, has friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Only negative is that it's a distance to running/exercise trails. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

This hotel was great for our stop over on a road trip with our dog. Comfortable, clean and convenient without being lavish. Our first floor room, with patio door access to parking and a lawn on the property was convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast offers good variety. About a 5 minute drive to the highway. Good value for the money.
