PET FRIENDLY - Ideal Home away from home for couples or small family groups. No extra charges for linen, pet fees etc. Smart TV, NBN internet via wi-fi is available and is included in the Tariff.
Billy’s Beach Retreat is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beautiful beaches and explore the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland Villages & the various local markets. It is about 400m (5mins) walk to the beach and about 10mins walk to restaurants, shops and Coolum Surf Club
The home is well appointed and comfortable with the kitchen and living area recently renovated.There is a large patio area off the living room with an adjustable folding arm awning. Alternatively, you can relax under the large umbrella at the front of the house where you can enjoy an ocean view. For your entertainment there’s a Hisense Smart TV with Foxtel connected. There’s also a range of games, books and DVD’s.
The yard is fully fenced, where your pets can enjoy the flat lawn or explore the small natural bush area at the back of the house. Pets are allowed inside but we ask that they be kept off the lounge and beds. Stumer’s Creek is a popular local off leash beach where they can swim in either the still water or surf. The off leash area extends for 1km either side of the creek.
Billy’s is a peaceful destination for all to enjoy with access to all amenities.

Fabulous beach house
We have stayed a few times now and only stay here when we visit beautiful coolum the house is excellent all you need for a perfect getaway ,the fur baby even has a lovely secure grassy area to romp around. Great location lots of yummy eats and stores to shop at all local and walking distance.Terrific hosts always welcoming thankyou and we will be back.

A great weekend away!
We stayed at Billy’s for two nights with our Golden Retriever. It’s a great house with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing break. A quick walk down the hill into Coolum and a short drive to Stumers Creek and a lovely off leash dog beach. Great communication from Ken and Des too. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved our stay and will defo be back, great location and house has everything you need. We stay at many so called dog friendly places where they hit you with so many rules and additional fees and you’re scared to leave a single dog hair in case they hit you with another $200 additional cleaning fee. The owners clearly love dogs and the house welcomes them!
