Kings Beach is a beautiful area right on the Sunshine Coast in Caloundra. The beach, playgrounds, oceanfront pool, picnic areas, BBQ's and restaurants are all within walking distance. You can also walk to the surrounding beaches of Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, Shelly Beach and Tooway Creek or go to Caloundra Centre and see the markets.

This is a quiet apartment building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please NO LOUD NOISE, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with one flight of easy steps to access it.
The oceanfront saltwater pool is a communal pool located on Kings Beach. It is not part of the apartment complex.
- Unfortunately, the garage is not suitable for large vehicles. There is plenty of street parking for larger vehicles.
- Basic consumables for a short stay are provided such as toilet paper and dishwashing tablets. For longer stays please provide your own.
- Provide your own beach towels.
- Self check-in with lockbox.
- You must notify host of any damages during stay.
- No loud noises or parties.
- Children to be supervised on balcony at all times.
- Put everything back where you found it.
- Be respectful of all neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
- Check in after 2pm and check out before 10am
