Comfortable apartment with great views
Lovely apartment with beachfront views. Well appointed with really comfortable lounge and two large bedrooms, each with queen-size bed. Kitchen is well-appointed and plenty of crockery and cutlery; pots and pans. If you are fit enough to climb four flights of stairs, you will love this apartment. Note that there is a luggage lift, which is handy for shopping and suitcases etc. Also has the benefit of both a front and back balcony if you want to chase the sun! Especially suited for two couples, or friends requiring a bedroom each. Highly recommended.

I love this location, best views to Glasshouse mountains & divine water views. So close to all restaurants & shops. It is on the top level, so it’ll keep you fit :) my 84 yr old brother walked the steps & did well. I can’t wait to be booking again.

U14 is located very centrally and within walking distances to pretty much anything in Caloundra. if you have a 4x4 bigger than a rav 4 you may struggle getting into the carpark and have to park on the street. It is on the top 4th floor so there is a fair bit of stairs to get up. Views from the balcony are great and you can see the passage and mountains in the distance. Property managers very nice & helpful.

The location was fantastic, the unit was very comfortable, big bedrooms and plenty of everything. View was excellent. The only drawback for us oldies with dicky knees was the stairs. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and amazing views, could do with a makeover though
Really great location, so close to beach and cafes. My only fault is that the place wasn’t cleaned well. There were a lot of spiders on the roof and webs. The couch could do with a deep clean and the apartment could probably do with a modern makeover, it felt dated. Quite a few of the plates and cutlery were dirty or rusted. There were also painters there while we were staying who kept asking us if they could paint our door, which meant at times we needed to be home, which was a bit frustrating. They also painted all the stairs and handrails, which made getting up and down to and from the apartment really tricky with young kids. But if you’re looking for a place to just crash while you hit the beaches, it’s perfect. Overall we had a good stay as we spent most of the time out of the apartment at the beaches. The location and views are fantastic.

Beautiful unit but no lift
Terrific spot, great view right on Bulcock Beach. The only drawback was there was no elevator and there were 68 steps up to the unit. This wasn't made clear when we booked. As we are around 70 that's a lot of steps!
