Worst place to stay
Mis leading advertising re view from unit. Lack of internet on arrival big problem to get it sorted. Also TV not working well Unclean unit plus filthy doonas and pillows Had to request clean linen each week, unit not serviced Mould in both bathrooms plus mould smell overwhelming in main bathroom. On finding reviews we see many of these issues have been been bought to their attention previously but not resolved. So disappointed

I booked this for my husband's 70th birthday and to share with our closest friends. We parked in the visitors bay as there was no park provided with the unit. We both received a notice to shift our cars, when asked where to we were told on the street. This really wasn't an option as it was a main road with very few parks and those that were there were taken, along with the fact neither of us wanted to park our cars on the street with the crime rate as it is. The reception gave us no alternative but to move the cars. Our friends were upset enough to pack up and leave, when they had only been there 2 days. It was very upsetting. The beds were only very basic and not that comfortable. The location was good, close to restaurants, etc. Overall our stay was very disappointing, to pay that sort of cost for a unit that has no parking available in these times is ludicrous. I would not stay here again and I will not book with Stayz again.

Relaxed stay in the heart of Maroochydore
This property had everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Maroochydore. Clean and modern with gym and pool. Close to shops and Cotton Tree. Excellent communication with property management company and easy to follow instructions to access key. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked the property for 5 nights. The apartment was modern & spacious giving plenty of room for 4 adults. We booked this because there were two bathrooms & two seperate bedrooms both with queen size beds.Good location with a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops & Woolies. The apartment is located on the 4th floor & has a nice view from the balcony, although there is some construction taking place close by so this will eventually obstruct part of the view. My advice to anyone looking to book the property for a length of time is that there will be a few essentials you'll need to bring/buy. There were no face washers supplied, only one tea towel & dish sponge. We also needed to wash most of the cutlery, glassware & mugs before we used them as they clearly hadnt been washed properly by the previous tenants. We enjoyed our stay in Maroochydore.

I had received confirmation of our stay but there were several issues that has made this stay completely unsatisfactory. The email containing the place in Maroochydore did not have a floor level. When i tried to ring the office before the closing time which is 5pm I could not get anyone on the phone. It took over 1 hour on arrival for a resident to help us out and to work out what floor we were going to occupy. Once inside the unit I went to sit down and realized that the lounge was completely soaked including the carpet. As a result I have now got a chill from sitting on this lounge that did not meet the expectation or our stay. I also had a person living with a disability which has caused also a health issue due to the wet lounge and flooring. I feel that the customer service has been appalling with not being able to talk to any staff on the numbers I had including the emergency number that states, if you are experiencing any difficulty entering the building to contact you on the number provided. However both numbers told me that the office was closed and therefore no one could give us advise on the issues we were experiencing. An apology on this occasion does not cut the experience and think we should be compensated for the errors that Satyz have shown. Someone should have checked the room prior to our visit and realise there was an error especially with the wet carpet and lounge. I look forward to a expectable response but feel paying such a large amount of money for the weekend did not meet the expectation of our visit.

Lovely apartment with Wonderful View
Modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Very spacious. Within walking distance of Sunshine Plaza. Easy to collect key and good parking although narrow spaces.
