The Body Corporate has been advised that a tentative date of 24 August 2025 for work to commence providing a new lift and it is anticipated the work will be completed by 14 November 2025. During this time there will be no lift operating at Oceanic Apartments and all access will be via the stairwell.
The Body Corporate will confirm these dates closer to the work commencing and will provide further details of any disruptions expected on-site.
This bright and sunny two bedroom/one bathroom second floor unit represents great value for money and is located only a few meters from the popular Kings Beach. Kings Beach has plenty of restaurants, cafes, rock pools, child friendly water fountains and a children's playground.
