All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the traffic on I-5.

We took our kids to see zoolight and we stayed here, this is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. I’m pretty sure that’s the only hotel with indoor pool in the whole city of Tacoma. Staff was friendly, the young lady at the front desk(pardon me for forgetting your name I think it’s phoebe?) but she was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come back.

I had booked this stay expected to unwind and relax in the hot tub/spa after an exhausting week. I even mentioned this to the desk attendant who seemingly was understanding and agreed it was a good idea. Well, he failed to mention that it was out of service and I had to find out the hard way.
