Just okay
This hotel was just okay, not the worst I’ve stayed at but not the best. Our stay here was while visiting family for Christmas, so we had more stuff with us than we would typically travel with. The room was smaller than I expected, so there wasn’t much room to keep our items with us.
The fridge was plenty large for the extra food we brought with us (this was the main reason I booked this hotel). The microwave was great and large. We didn’t bother doing any cooking in the room as there wasn’t much counter space and we had some of our belongings on and around the table.
The bed was not the worst nor the best. It was a little lumpy and the bed frame squeaked a lot whenever someone moved. The heating and cooling system worked well. All the floors in the room were wood and we felt like every time we dropped something that it was extremely loud. Also it was really easy for the bed to move any time we leaned against it.
The shower was small and the water pressure was terrible but it did get plenty hot. The spray out of the shower head could be adjusted but our room just didn’t seem to work very well. The counter space in the bathroom was very limited.
Finally, our room key had difficulty working consistently. It would work just fine to unlock the door to get to in where the elevator and stairs were but would sometimes take us 6 tries to get our room door to unlock.
