Big thank you to Tiffany! After a long, hot, day at the soccer fields our team's parents were looking forward to ordering food in, and having a few drinks at the bar. They were short staffed and were just about to close the bar since it was dead. Tiffany kept it open for 2 hours for us. She was engaging and game to look up drinks on the internet and concoct them. bathroom was dirty. Checked in late. Front desk didn't have cleaning products. Offered me extra towels to put on floor to walk on. Promised to have room cleaned the next day. No one came. Approached by vagrants outside. Does not appear to be security on site. Open hotel/no key required to gain access to rooms or elevators. Jason on front desk in the evening was wonderful, truly customer focused and was extremely helpful for our stay. Note: we had several rooms/families for a soccer tournament at the hotel.

Website said check in at 4. Our friends room wasn’t ready until 5. The desk employee said they were waiting for pillow cases. We almost missed our concert. Tried to reason with no luck. Won’t stay here again.
