The price was way too high they didn't have the breakfast offering it wasn't accessible for having children and a child with a stroller. They say they offer breakfast but they just have waffles. I booked this room because I'm familiar with quality and breakfast and I assumed that it would be the same but they leave that part out my family can't eat gluten. I wanted to cancel but I couldn't now I can tell everyone I finally got catfished but it was a by a hotel

The room was neat and clean the check-in and check out was a smooth process. It was conveniently located off the freeway close to shopping and dining. They also include breakfast. I stayed here with my family and I will stay there again I would recommend this hotel.

Quality Inn Lake Elsinore is the best!
Front desk, Mr Rhani (Ronnie, not sure of spelling) is patient with reservations, delivered coffee, waffles, efficient, professional, friendly service. Mr Dash was helpful too. We recommend Quality Inn Lake Elsinore to everyone. They will take good care of you.

Not a fun stay for 2 nights
Absolute worst motel we've ever stayed at. Total junk place. Bathroom floor was all wet, waste baskets were not emptied, TV didn't work properly, bed spread had cigarette burns (both beds) and torn sheets. I've heard of single and double ply toilet paper, but 1/2 ply! What a joke. They can't afford to stock good toilet paper? Towels had hair and other things on them, gross! This was not an affordable place to stay either. I want a refund or a credit for hotels.com. Hotels.com should not offer such a horrible place to stay. Don't they visit or monitor these places? Do they read reviews? This is 2024. Show some class and interest in these properties.

No dissapointments really. I stay often and I am relatively comfortable. Staff is wonderful. They are always attentive and eager to assist in with anything within reason. Everytime I return for few days stay I in a sense have the old feeling of Home away from Home.
