Unfortunately, I cancelled my reservation solely based on the fact that it was 105 degrees outside and the pool was closed due to a “BUSINESS DECISION”. I chose this resort because of the pool. So therefore, I cancelled my stay, and chose another resort where their pools are open 24 hours.

Very nice trip with my mom other rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable however, she was scared a couple times we were outside smoking and once even inside as there was quite a few, I don’t know if they were homeless people or drunk people hanging around
