Our hallmark stay was great. We stayed 3 nights. First two nights we had the city view room which was facing the road and can’t really use the balcony. Last night was in the lakefront room with a patio. It was a way better room. Service was ok. We had dinner at the restaurant which was nice. Restaurant Ambiance was great but pricey. We enjoyed pool and the hot tub.

we recently spent four days here the barbeques wrecked $70 worth of our meat. Everything’s broken. The pool and a hot tub are disgusting. TVs didn’t work properly. They overcharge no pop machines. I would not go if I were you.

Pros: clean/spacious rooms/balcony/secured covered parking/lakefront/quick to fix our tv and shower issues/inviting hotel/kids loved the slide in the pool/hot tubs/bbq availability Cons: pool water is cloudy (for our entire stay)/areas around for food close at 10pm/hotel doesn’t offer room service 24/7 for dining options considering everything else is closed/pull out couch is quite uncomfortable/shampoo doesn’t give a good lather
