Really convenient, if you want to explore japan i think this is a good options since you can take the a bus directly to the airport either narita or haneda. Not to mention all the places to eat around the area. They also have an information desk (opens at around 11 i believe tho) for any questions you may have. I would come back but pay attention to what room you are getting, they can be small or super small.

Entrance was a bit secluded and difficult to find from baggage claim. Helpful person from Tourist Information had to give directions to go up the lifts to the correct floor.

I really liked the staff and thought it was a very nice space overall.
