The room for two people was so small. It was hard to unpack our suitcases. Also, the lower part of our sink fell down and a staff member pushed it back in. It happened again and they gave us an option of changing rooms. However, it would be to a similar sized room so we decilined.

Great location, friendly staff, simple rooms, meet basic needs. Be mindful of smoking rooms and even some non smoking rooms may have a smoke smell, however if you bring this to attention of staff they are able to change rooms for you as we did. Overall would stay again, also very useful underpass to Shinjuku station (from B1)!

Always have the room cleaned everyday.
Room was clean when we arrived. Beddings we’re good and bed is comfortable. We liked the amenities provided like facial wash/lotion…. We stayed for 3 days and did not request the room to be cleaned. On the 2nd day, the bathroom smells bad already; we did not bother asking as have 1 day to go. I would suggest travellers to have the room cleaned everyday if they wish to stay longer.

The hotel is in great location close to Shinjuku train station and close to shopping. It is clean and in quiet neighborhood close to government buildings. The Airport Limousine buses will drop you off to hotel’s lobby either you are coming from Narita or Haneda.

Really Great Experience
Had a wonderful experience here and the staff was so kind and helpful. The area was quiet and welcoming. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. They also had a area to pick up complementary grooming items

Convenient & comfortable stay. No frills good value for money. Room size (ours was standard twin room) is reasonable by Tokyo standard and if you are lucky getting the higher floor the room is slightly bigger.

整體上都幾好！工作人員都好有禮貌，有解釋如果做咗會員可以延遲退房1小時，還送一罐啤酒！有驚喜！最唔好嘅體驗係，住宿係由6-11號，但係10號只係比兩樽水抹有執床！
