Great location, friendly staff, simple rooms, meet basic needs. Be mindful of smoking rooms and even some non smoking rooms may have a smoke smell, however if you bring this to attention of staff they are able to change rooms for you as we did. Overall would stay again, also very useful underpass to Shinjuku station (from B1)!

The facility was generally good. The only three criticisms I would make was (1) the lack of a daily linen service, (2) a overly small room, and (3) the allocation of only 1 pillow.
