Basically a good location if you do not mind the hardships of getting there and lack of technology which any normal person would expect more for the price being paid.
On arriving we had to walk 300m across a beach to get there. Which we had no problem as able and fit. Forget it if you are older.
On arrival at the premises, we asked the agent for the internet access. After 5 minutes we noticed they had left.
There was no internet. Only phone that works is Telstra if you stand in the right spot. Forget about downloading files or streaming, it does not work.
There was no information pack as such we were blind on restuarants, what days they opened, and any info on Internet or TV operation etc. Nothing.
Both my wife and I run businesses and it was a disaster.
They have two TV's they both could not receive signal. Tried to call agent to attend, half way through we lost phone signal, though they still did not attend the problem.
Leaving the property the tide was two hours off high. We had to walk through a lagoon at front of property 50cm deep (thankfully not high tide) carrying our own luggage. A boat had to pick us up from the beach to drive us around the creek entrance at this stage about 1m deep to be offloaded at the beach near the road.
That is all great of you don't mind carrying your own luggage, getting wet and sandy to hop on a ferry and then plane!!!
When they say there us a back pathway, you still have to walk over rocks, through bush and still get wet walking through a creek. All fantastic when going to the restaurant and it is an access of last resort as dangerous at night. we opted to walk the beach at night and get wet wading through the creek entrance to the beach as the safest route.
All this being said, we are not precious people and don't mind adventure, but for the money you pay,... seriously think again!!!
