Older place and could definitely use updating. BUT everything in our room worked, the place is clean as a whistle, and the staff are efficient and eager to please. We would certainly stay again.

We were put into a room where the toilet had over flowed and left the rug wet. They told us at 9 pm that the toilet had not overflowed the night before but that they were just cleaning rugs and that was why it was wet. The front desk attendant assured us, even though we had said the toilet was not flushing right they insisted there was nothing wrong. Then at 3 in the morning the entire rug in our room was under water and we had to move. The hotel refused to pick up our room at a different place for the rest of the night and left us in a real bind finding and moving to a new facility. The manager of the hotel would not answer the phone and when we finally got ahold of her two days later she hung up on us when we tried to discuss anything with her. We are hiring a lawyer over this

LOVE this place. Will be back next year
This is my second stay there and I enjoyed each visit. Beds are comfy. No AC but I felt safe enough to open my door to cool it down. There was lots to do onsite. Mini golf. Gym. Pool. The hot tub was out of service which was disastrous. My room had a pile up of dirt behind the door and Iā€™m sharing this because I noticed a lot of young cleaners and I want them to be aware so when they go stay somewhere they will get the same level of service they give. Breakfast is pretty standard but lots of variety. The location is about 15 min from downtown but there are things to do. I prefer being away from heavy traffic so the location was perfect for me. There were food and stores that did delivery or a short drive
