They are presently doing a lot of work improving the facilities. We had a wonderful stay, even while some work was going on it didn’t inconvenience us at all. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

They have changed the name of the hotel signage and it was great that they called ahead to alert us to this so we weren't looking for a sign that didn't exist. We have stayed at this Travelodge many times over years, and it is adequate, and clean.

The person at the front desk was very polite and helpful, the room was relatively large and very clean with a very large tv. My only criticism is that the toilet paper was awkward to get to.

Great place and good price.
Great clean room and the hotel was in great shape. Free breakfast and a pool and hot tub. I would recoommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Parksville or even making the drive if you have business in Nanaimo.
