Property has potential but it's lack of cleaning and maintenance let's it down. This accommodation seems to be mostly shift workers short term stays with some residential, not for holidays. We tried to modify stay by moving back one day, Pacific Sands said no problem but we had to get Wotif to put it through. Wotif then made a big deal about it and claimed Pacific Sands would not respond so we either lost a nights stay or had to pay a large fee for the change. Upon arrival the reception at Pacific Sands had received nothing from Wotif and happily moved our dates by one day. A big thank you to the reception for doing that. We haven't used Wotif for some time and won't be using them again

"The check in process was easy and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However the food was very average and I even had to return it, which I don't normally do. When I did, the kitchen staff were rude and gave me stick and started slamming things around the kitchen like a couple of spoiled ..."
