The Northland Lodge is a great place for a nice, quiet getaway, and it just happens to be in a remarkably beautiful place, Waterton Lakes, Alberta Canada. We stayed 4 nights while visiting the park, and it just couldn't have ben better. The lodge itself is nearly 100 years old, and is well kept and very enjoyable to stay in. We were in Room #2, which is on the top floor overlooking the town. The lady who runs the place, whose name I very stupidly have forgotten, is just as nice as can be and very friendly. She also serves the most delicious muffins every morning. We very much enjoyed staying here, and hope to be able to return sometime in the future. And by the way, as long as you're here, don't forget to see the park. Waterton Lakes is an amazing place. Just incredible. I am attaching 4 photos, 2 of the front of the lodge, 1 of the rear parking area (including of course my beautiful red car), and one taken from the front of our room.
