The desk guy was rude, not helpful, does not know what he’s doing and has no sense of good customer service. He doesn’t care about the hotel/business nor the customers. I strongly recommend NOT to stay in that hotel unless management will change or they will train their employees better.

Rooms very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good and lits of choices. They are remodeling all the suites. Pool was warm and HotTub great at the end of our day.

It’s a pet friendly hotel. I had my two dogs with me and staff were walking the halls all night, talking and laughing with each other going past my door. My dogs woke me up every time barking. I had to call out and ask them stop talking in the hallways. This went on till at least 1:00 AM. I got a late check out till 1230 and then they were packaging things with packaging tape right outside my door majority of that time. It’s been a long journey and I did sleep. The bed was lovely, but the staff have been absolutely inconsiderate.

Our first night was a disaster as construction was taking place and garbage was loaded and a new container was delivered.we were moved the next day to a room on the other side of the complex. The next day, water was turned off for some repairs on an upper level. Staff was great, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.

The staff was lovely and location perfect. I got a one bedroom suite for my dad and me. For some reason the people on the sofa bed don’t count as real people, as they are denied a comforter and given a manky little blanket, so I was cold all night. The real beds are very comfortable but the sofa beds in the suites (even though I paid extra for the suite) are lumpy and old. If it was just me I’d go back but not with someone I needed a suite with.

The only comment i have is that the entry path ( sidewalk) to the hotel is not conducive for wheeling in luggage. It is very difficult.
