Best location for stay in Williamstown. Was charged for full day upon arrival, although payment was already done through Expedia. Not clear why, took several conversations with staff to clear the charge.

The property was lovely and the staff friendly, efficient and professional. Breakfast options were a bit limited but the food was fresh, delicious and well prepared. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family and will certainly stay there again.

The hotel should have a overhang - we arrived during a rain squall and got soaked unloading the car. Additionally, the guy at the front desk Saturday afternoon watched as lugged our luggage on to a cart and managed into the hotel. Didn't lift a finger. A Williams student saw us and offered to help. Would have been nice if the front desk guy offered. Nothing else was going on at the time.
