Our room was pretty much a disaster. The fridge had been turned off but the ice had not been removed, Hence when we opened the door copious amounts of water poured all over the carpet, which stayed wet for the two nights we were there. They brought US towels for US to mop it up. The pillows were awful. There were two types which were not suitable for a King size bed. Two were hard as rocks and the other two were very soft and lumpy. The coffee maker in the room did not work so we had to BUY coffee to take with us to golf. They replaced that machine with a different one and then we found that it did not work either. The toileteries in the room were not good. The pump hand soap was fine on the vanity, but there was no bar soap for the shower only shower gel which we do not use and they could not provide us any real soap. All in all we were very disappointed with our room, certainly not the standard we have enjoyed before.

There is a lack of service in the eateries. Very long wait times to get in and be served. Also an early closure of eateries makes it even harder to dine at the resort.

Went for anniversary. Ate in casino restaurant and it was fine. Room was adequate. Hours of casino not great. Perhaps problem getting enough staff. It was nice for a getaway.

The grounds were beautiful. Stunning views and manicured gardens. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom and it made for a humid room which was quite unpleasant during the heat of the summer. The beds were really broken in and the polyester pillows and sheets made for a scratchy and uncomfortable sleep. Overall the cost of the room does not reflect the value.
