The front desk staff is not accommodating at all! Had to keep calling several times until they answered phone. I requested an extension until 1pm, because our conference ended at Noon; they would not unless I paid a $25 fee. The room is horrible and seriously needs updating. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.

The hotel was great. Very nice rooms, nice casino and right next to the board walk. Only one thing we didn't like - the parking lot. It could've used a good cleaning.

They put us in the dennis tower it was very dirty and loud we went down in the morning to complain so the put us in the tower for the week very nice room over looking the board walk and very quiet
