I grew up in this casino , over 40 years and the room was disappointing, I paid for king and got queen and the tv was on the side of the bed not in front , was very uncomfortable and the pool is adult only which is fine but closes at 6pm and the hot tubs and the sauna was out of service, also I was there for 3 days and not one time room service came to my room

What I didn’t like was , I paid for late check out , but the housekeeper was not informed and I received a knock at my door and was told check-out is @ 11:00 am . I had to tell her I have late check-out .
