Rooms wreaked of old cigarette smoke…
The room smelled like horrific old cigarette smoke—so much so, that I nearly lost my voice from exposure. Lots of stains all over, and very terrible uncomfortable bed. Service was mediocre.

The property itself was fine, the 3rd party booking was a nightmare. I bought supplemental insurance to cover my stay in case of delays or changes, l ended up needing to adjust my days only to be told l couldn't get a refund if l cancelled. Generali, the insurance company, told me that they could not cover my reimbursement as per hotel policy AFTER the fact that l payed them. It was bad business overall and l will definitely dispute this claim

One elevator was broken, making hard for people with just one working. Bathroom, tub cold be a little more clean. To must noise at night, looked like a bar/disc or from a trim close to my room, stuff on corridors, like car used to carry bags, blocking the space to walk and blocking the access to emergency stairs if needed it.

Looks like it was great once... in the 90's but there are people smoking cigs in the halls. Shady activity in a rough area, lots of homeless in and out of the lobby.
