We had to e bedroom right next to the elevator shaft and it was a constant noise and trembling from he elevators all day and all night long. On top of that it was chilly and they didn’t have the heat on in the e tire hotel so there was no way to condition my room because the boiler wasn’t on.. at 85 degrees it was throwing cold air. Very disappointing. I did inform the front desk of all this ..

The staff member directing for parking was extremely rude and aggressive. Spoke very rude to me and the women behind me. Parking was very tight and difficult. Also parking was not included in the stay, had I known I would have stayed at a different hotel or parked in a garage for the same price with more space. Hotel did not accept discover (major credit card company) failed to mention this upon booking even though I was able to hold the room with that card.
