Very nice lobby but always a hang out for homeless inside hotel, roaming floors and looking like this hotel welcomes shelter residents and that created a homeless smelly hallway and elevator. Rooms needed renovation and sink was leaking in the elbow! And more!

Bathroom was okay, view was nice, bed pillows were horrible, seat inside the room was dirty and stained, towels were stained as well, no microwave, very small trash can in room, tv channels were poor, mini fridge barely fit a jug of water, lobby looked nice, check in and check out were easy, weird smell in an apparent non smoking room, and people were smoking in the lobby and elevator. Overall an okay stay for only a night, would not stay at again though.

Room could’ve been cleaned better. The bathroom door specifically, it had handprints and greasy marks and should be wiped clean. The mattresses were not very comfortable nor the pillows. My mom was very cold and asked for 3 extra blankets, someone in the staff told her they “could give her 2” then proceeded to never bring us any more blankets. It’s honestly the bare minimum and I was very disappointed that no one felt inclined to bring her some freaking blankets, and it was rude to give her a limitation on how many she “could have”. The mini fridge was not working. The place has potential if the owner wants to invest in better comfort and better cleaning. Staff needs to be trained better or take their jobs more seriously. Guests were extremely loud and obnoxious making noise and banging doors very late at night, hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes, staff didn’t seem to be reinforcing any rules.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff keeps the facility clean and in good condition. However, my stay was challenging because of the people in the facility. The whole place smells like weed from the street, to the halls, elevators and rooms. It was hard for me to sleep because the guest next door smoked weed and my room was full of the smell. They were loud all night long with noises, music and laughs.
