I booked 13 rooms for a business event at the Robert Treat Hotel - the Berger organization owns it and should be embarrassed by how poorly run their historical hotel is. The only convience was the location to the prudential center. The hotel doesn’t offer any of the amenities listed several of the pictures are old. I stayed In the Presidential suite for a week. Our dream stayed in the other rooms. There are no coffee pots in rooms, as described, you have get in the elevator that can be slow and head to the lobby every morning to ask for a kcup at the front desk to use the community coffee pot. No microwave but it is listed. No hair dryer in any rooms. You need to ask and pray they have one to spare. The heat didn’t work and took four different people to fix it. The manager couldn’t even been bothered to help. They don’t offer breakfast but have a sign to go to the hotel around the corner for their breakfast. TyRP- we should have just stayed there.
