I enjoyed my stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The room itself was comfortable. It was quiet which was perfect for my busy lifestyle. My concerns were more with the billing. The extra fees on top of extra fees! I well understand there would be some but my goodness! It was out of hand! I stayed for 2 nights and those additional fees were the worst! By no means am I a penny pincher but come on! Not to mention how confusing all the additional charges were! If it matters to you, my takeaway from the experience would be to pay attention to what you're being charged for!

We got to our room, and the toilet was dirty. The drapes didn't close all the way, and were never fixed. Housekeeping came at nine in the morning and, since we didn't want the room cleaned as we were still in bed, our room never got cleaned. Do not stay here.

The property is spacious and offers a vast array of dining options.I Never had to wait long for an order of food - wherever I chose to eat. Gaming options were vast..I played a variety of slots! I attended a concert and thoroughly enjoyed the show. While I had prime seating..the venue offers great views for all. My room was great-which included a fridge. All room requests were handled in an expeditious manner. One complaint - the wait for the elevator appeared to be longer than usual...maybe because we were all checking out at same time? Overall I enjoyed myself...the property was ampley decorated that allowed me to immerse in the joyous and festive holiday.

Good option for the money.
Its already starting to feel dated and lackluster at the hardrock. Best food option was whitehouse subs. Mold spots in the shower and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. Small things, but feeling like its the end of a short era for this hotel.

I never complain people ahead of us waited half an hour for an elevator from 18th floor then we waited another half an hour with them. I understand a few were broken. We notified a manager on floor. I ca not believe no one addressed this on every floor. We were told to take the steps. My husband is a retired cop and amputee I know he can do four flights but not 18! First time ever I was disappointed at any hard rock ever. Have always loved your properties n restaurants. What if there was an emergency? No service elevators??

Our stay at Hard Rock was wonderful!! Staff was amazing -- courteous, professional and so helpful. Room was immaculate and beautiful. Earth, Wind and Fire concert at Etess Arena was so much fun -- great venue!! ONLY negative was the smell of smoke from the casino floor in certain areas of the ground floor.
