Have stayed here a lot and it’s usually great, but this time it was eh. Staff was great. Our room was small with a tinier bathroom. The whole room looked very dated. We paid a lot, clearly for the location.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking in the garage under the hotel was easy and there were many shopping and restaurant options in the prudential center attached to the hotel. The pool was clean and quiet. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when we go to Boston.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Adam and the staff on reception and concierage were fabulous and kind. The cleaners were good.

So dissatisfied with my stay at the Sheraton! The rooms were dark and dirty! The worst part of all was when we went to the pool and I slipped on the pavement! I wasn’t the first to fall either. So irresponsible to leave the ground so wet :(

Lobby and restaurant undergoing renovations so was unexpected when we checked. The staff and service were excellent. Facility is clean but needs updating.
