Daily Housekeeping services were good. Bathroom was spacious and well stocked. Of course, most people spend time outdoors, but kids amenities were either paid(??!!) or not functioning (ice hockey table). Breakfast should be included in the rate, especially given that there aren't any options nearby. The free Banff town shuttle timings weren't convenient for us. Banff.town is about 7-8 minutes from the property. Location was close.to Two Jacks lake where we saw the sunrise and wildlife.

The lodges are old. Old is fine, but our lodge was dirty. Many dishes were not washed enough. They should try to clean the properties so they look much better even though old.

I like the location and the booked cottage is a good deal.The trouble is that inconvinience of exchanging a ground level to the front desk making them aware that I have senior with me who is for real in such great trouble of stairs.Also theres no designated parking spot that is near to a cottage.Anyhow, my near late arrival to check in due to time change,I praisethe front deak on that.

There is a lot of room to spread out with a living room kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The only critique we had is the gym facility is rather dated and Without a view, which would be really easy to do here with all the mountain scenery, but who needs to work out indoors when you are in Banff with all that to explore !! Their staff is excellent Subaru, responsive, and very friendly
