I first had a key that didn’t work and had to walk all the way back to the lobby to retrieve a new one. On top of that we got a very low floor with an obstructed view. The experience did not feel very “vip benefit” like.

I loved everything about the hotel. Staff was great. Hotel room was so quiet. I was starting to think I was the only person on the floor lol. Very clean and as soon as you walk in hotel smell so good.

Nice place to stay great location clean beds are great. South is great and we had food and beverage credit being Expedia VIP.

Overall it was a nice time and really enjoyed the room we had, just some minor issues that could have been easily fixed before our stay.. But everything else was fine. Nice hotel
