Front desk was exceptional in assisting us with room change. Valet was always quick, helpful and friendly. My original room assigned had a "barn door" to the bathroom and one side had not been properly attached and fell off as I tried to open it. I was quick enough to catch it (and it is heavy!) and did not get injured. After room change, all was fine.

Overall, this is a good resort for the price. Pool area was clean and well maintained. There was some construction in the pool area that closed down half of the area though. It took 4-5 minutes for the shower to get hot; sort of a waste of water for a desert resort. Hard to walk around the casino and restaurants due to too many machines. Staff at the front desk and the restaurants were very welcoming and worked very hard for their customers. Rooms could use a microwave and the resort could have a laundry room for those staying longer than a couple of days.

My first stay at the Silverton Hotel Casino. It was delightful. From the time I pulled up to the Valet until I checked out, the staff were wonderful. Room was spacious, clean with some amenities. Casino was larger than I expected. Twin Creeks restaurant was as good if not better than steakhouses on the Strip. With exceptional service (Jessica) and great menu.

Outstanding service at check in. Really nice renovations. Casino smells like an ashtray, but that's Vegas. Hotel and especially the room smells and was crisp and clean. Pool area is enjoyable.
