Not enough accessible rooms, elevators broken.
Sam's Town is a great location for all of our visits. We go for Senior softball tournaments and everything we need is right there in the same building, very convenient for us. But I wish every bathroom had ADA toilet heights and a grab bar to get up from toilet and in the showers, even in tubs. I know there are some accessible bathrooms, but those were all sold out, which made it very painful to get up from toilet and also feel safe in the shower, due to multiple back and knee surgeries. Slot machines were very tight. I know I didn't win anything, but I didn't hear anyone else winning either, like you can usually hear throughout the casino. The theater chairs are equally as hard to get up from, should be wider and taller for everyone's comfort. Lastly, my biggest problem with Sam's Town is the distance to hike from parking to the rooms. Especially long because 3 of the elevators were out of order, off and on, during our stay.

The room and all interior areas were clean. Staff were all friendly. There are several food options in the hotel. Not easily walkable to other food options or stores. About a 15 min drive to the strip. Our king room was spacious.
