Sheets where never changed our blankets had white substance like Semen and burgers and one of the beds had blood bigger on it. It sucked there is no more reply transportation sucks for people who has handicap problems.

The property was old and had that old smell to it. I am disabled and the walk to the elevator was long, up the escalator, down some stairs, then up stairs, more walking. They don't tell you you have to scan your room card for the elevator to work and the sign in the elevator was so small. They charged me 3 times for my room. One was immediately refunded, the other I had to take that long walk back to the front desk to have it taken care of. Then the manager was mad cause I was mad. WTH? As I was getting the refund taken care of I heard an employee offer a guest checking in a room close for a small upcharge. We were never offered that. I had a brace on my knee, it should have been offered.

Originally we were given a room that looked like it hadnt been renovated in over 50 years. The were burn marks in the carpet and it was treadbare in places. We were able to switch to another tower and got a very nice room that was the complete opposite.

Room was clean, used the text option they give you to get more pillows and it said they would show up so my son stayed waiting, never showed. 2 hours later called the front desk and they saw my order for the pillows and said they would call housekeeping, they never showed up at all. At 3am air conditioner starts making weird noise it woke us all up, turned it off cause it wouldn’t stop so of course room gets warmed up so now we can’t sleep cause too hot. I let them know at check out but probably won’t look into it.
