The tub would not drain the front desk people hung up before I was done talking. No ventilation in the room or bathroom and terrible water pressure.

Won’t stay here again
We booked our king premier room weeks in advance for our first new years together. We checked in and were told they didn’t have any more king rooms and gave us a double queen basic room. The bed was not comfortable. The shower head was tiny and sprayed water everywhere and the drain wasn’t working so the tub filled with water while showering. Also, when we checked in and headed to our room we tried to get the shuttle, since our room was located on the other side of the hotel. We stood in line waiting 20 mins and it never came. We asked an employee and he told us it hasn’t run in 3 years!?! Then put up a sign letting people know!! They also had only half of the elevators (3) running which caused long lines and 20-30 min wait times. The food court was also a disaster. Waited in line for an hour when the employee “yelled” out that they are closing and whatever food is left is all they have, they aren’t making any more.

Parking was Free, super easy and convenient, the row connects all three casinos with a-lot of dinning options and casinos. Wish the casinos would turn the restaurants into night clubs more often instead of only Fri-Sun. Great environment.

Awful!!!
It was an awful experience. The rooms where connected by a dead bolted door an instead of there being a double barrier there was only the one door between the rooms. It was literally like we were sharing a room with the people next to us. Which they chose to be on a speaker phone call until 6am. No sleep whatever for us. The hotel offered food delivery but fine print read a 15$ delivery fee to the hotel next door and only pick up from the hotel that housed the food restaurants. The service around the hotel was extremely slim. One server for the entire floor. Would never stay at circus circus in reno nevada again. Horrible service and room. The food we did buy from the cafe in the building was low end dinner style with fine dinning price. 70$ for some nachos and ham and eggs. Plus a 20% tip. Absolutely not worth it.

Circus Circus is for the Clowns don’t stay here
Stay was absolutely horrible. I will NEVER stay at this place EVER!! The elevators had 2 out of 6 that were working so every time you went to your room it was a 45min to 1 hour wait. And coming down forget it we had to take the stairs. On three separate occasions while my wife was in a boot cast on her foot. It’s a fire hazard and serious safety concern.

Walked in room was dirty. Carpet not vacuumed (evident by penny on the ground) and toilet had stool stains in the bowl still. The rooms/hallways are non smoking yet our neighbor smoked in the hallway so smoke entered our room. Overall bad. We checked out early.

Worst experience ever
Elevators were not working, had to climb 10 flights of stairs while vomiting. Vending machines were sold out on every floor I checked. Casino was super small for being three hotels. Food was a joke, couldn’t eat within casino.
