Initially we stayed at Encore which was a terrible experience as the Air Conditioner was too bad and we couldn’t get a good sleep in the night…! We requested the Management to change us to Wynne which was accepted. Wynne Room was not so large but was quite nice and comfortable. 2 Nights stay there was a pleasant experience. Thanks!

Ate the first night after arriving late within an hour of eat got super sick. Food poisoning it was bad. Called desk for help and some cleaning stuff but wanted us to through security but we did not want anyone near us while I was sick. I was in bad shape the first all day the next and couldn’t make the myster show they wouldn’t refund tickets. The next day was a little better but still not great made the awakening show at the hotel. Wanted to cancel dinner at buffet but wouldn’t. I didn’t even eat. Worse time ever in Vegas.

Entire property looks and feels luxurious. Close to Venetian and easy access to malls and the Sphere. We were upgraded from a room with two queens to a 1200 suite for a fraction of the usual price. Staff went out off their way to make our stay memorable including a couple of special requests we made for our upgraded room. We also received a $50 breakfast daily credit as part of our stay.

Beautiful room at the Wynn, except for an issue with housekeeping. We stayed 4 days but our room wasn’t cleaned on 3 of those days until we called to inform the front desk late in the afternoon. The housekeeping staff did a very good job of cleaning our room when they finally showed up.

Such a beautiful property. Amazing services and great room view. Room was spacious, high end. The night club, beach club were closed during my stay which was unfortunate.

The Wynn is perfect! First time visiting Las Vegas for my husband and he was wowed! Everything was lovely. The staff, the hotel - we will be back!
